Scope Of Work
H. A. Dorsten completed a design/build project working with Taylor Architects on the construction of a new fieldhouse addition to Miami County YMCA totaling 25,730 sq. ft. The construction of this new facility entailed site preparation, utility work, metal building construction, slab on grade, concrete foundations, brick veneer masonry, standing seam metal roofing, athletic flooring and equipment, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
