Joey directs our pre-construction services and implements our Total Quality Management Program. He has extensive computer and technological expertise, making him an integral part of the Roof Systems team since 1994. He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Management Science and an emphasis in computer-based design support systems.

Beginning his career in the roofing industry in 1985, Malcolm rose rapidly from field superintendent to project manager and within two years, was promoted to general manager. In 1993, he founded Roof Systems of Virginia, Inc. His leadership and personal integrity have helped make Roof Systems of Virginia one of the nation’s top roofing contractors. He attended East Carolina University, North Carolina State University and Old Dominion University.

With a career in roofing that spans 25 years, Richey learned the industry from the ground up. One of our original employees, he currently supervises field operations, which involves overseeing 150 employees in the field.

Responsible for account development, Randy focuses on the Roof Asset Management program. Prior to joining Roof Systems of Virginia in 2006 as a commercial sales representative, he had been in the roofing industry for 25 years. Sixteen of those years, he worked as a Johns Manville territory manager. He graduated from Elon College, Class of 1981.
