DuSable Construction Company was formed in 1994. Our mission then, and continues to be, was to establish our company as a quality union construction company that could provide superior service at competitive rates. We also considered the additional need that some companies with union contracts might specifically need the inclusion of a woman-owned business.

    Over the past years many construction companies, building professionals, and homeowners have come to consider our excellent work and professional business practices to be just what they were looking for. Today we have numerous long term associations in both the private and public sectors. In fact, much of our work is with those companies where we have been providing quality service and good value for many years. 

    We take a "Team Approach" to every project. We have developed special teams for specific needs. Our installers have an average of 11 years experience and 5.5 years with us.
