A roofer by trade, Kirk has hands-on, complete working knowledge and experience in both commercial and residential roofing. He has owned and operated Swan Roofing since 1981 and has contributed to the community by donating material and labor for charity roofing projects.

Swan Roofing's core business is commercial/residential roofing, preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency cover-up. Kirk Swan is involved in all aspects of the business. Swan is certified through major manufacturers, and the company is a 100% full-service roofing business. Kirk understands that the work of all contractors is not created equal. He often finds himself helping to repair damage caused by a non-certified installer.

Kirk has accreditations commercially with GAF, Durolast, Versico, Armko Industries, Bitec, Uniclad, Firestone, Petersen Aluminum and residential accreditations with Ecostar. Kirk is also an involved member in the BBB, Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, North Texas Roofing Contractors Association (NTRCA) and the National Roofing Contractors Association.
