Doug has been working in the plumbing industry for 26 years. He started his career in 1988 in San Diego, Doug obtained his journeyman license through the PHCC and became a certified backflow prevention assembly tester through the AWWA. Prior to relocating to Phoenix in 1999 Doug became the assistant field operations manager ensuring that the service technicians were trained in areas of need and assisted on jobs as needed.

Doug has been in a field management role since he relocated to Phoenix, starting out as a foreman taking over and completing the Freightliner facility located in Tolleson, AZ as well as overseeing other projects located nearby. Doug moved into a general superintendent position in 2003 overseeing all field operations for installed plumbing systems in new tract homes and commercial projects. Doug accepted the position of General Manager at Brewer Commercial Services in 2008.

Kevin joined the company in 2006 as its first Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the finance and accounting functions as well as shared services. He was instrumental in the companies’ navigation of the Great Recession. Following a one year hiatus where he was Chief Financial Officer of a non-competing firm in the construction industry, Kevin rejoined the company in 2016 where he has helped to craft the company’s 10 year strategic objectives. He is a member of the Enterprise Fleet Management National Client Advisory Board. He is a student of the Aji Network.

Architect of company’s business model and growth strategy

Michael founded Brewer Enterprises in 1990 and brings over 40 years of plumbing industry experience to the company. In addition to being the company’s strategic visionary, Michael oversees all aspects of the business and has been instrumental in architecting the strategy that has led Brewer Enterprises to become the largest residential plumbing contractor in Arizona.

Michael is devoted to the contracting industry, currently serving as President of the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona (ASAA), the Vice President of Arizonans for Fair Contracting (AFC) board, and is past chair of the steering committee for the Build Your Future Arizona (BYFAZ.org) initiative. He has served on the Board of Directors of ASAA since 2015. He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contracts Association (PHCC), and the Home Builders of Central Arizona (HBACA), of which he served on the Board of Directors for four years.  Michael was instrumental in building the relationship and pulling together the South Mountain Community College – CTE Program. He is also a charter member of the Franchise Advisory Council/Leadership Team for Clockworks Home Services, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s parent, sitting on that national team for over six years. He is a student of the Aji Network.

Tim spent twenty five years in the computer industry. That career ended with spending the last thirteen years working for computer hardware and software companies in a sales capacity. Tim’s final two positions were V.P. of WW Strategic Accounts for Fujitsu and then Director of Sales Western US for Tarantella Inc. Tim left the computer industry wanting to move into entrepreneurship.

With the help of friends and family with industry experience, Tim started a Commercial Plumbing Service company. After five successful years, that company merged into the Brewer Companies. Tim has used his vast sales and marketing experience to help grow the Brewer Companies and now serves President of Brewer Commercial Services. Tim’s previous leadership roles in Corporate America led to an appointment in 2014 as Chairman of the Board of the Arizona Construction Association.
