Our Story
Charles C. Regan founded Regan Paving in 1968 meeting the needs of The Major Oil Companies. In the early days you could find a gas station on every corner of every intersection and the Company had plenty of work. Twenty years later Chuck’s son Tim joined the firm and ran crews for a number of years. Chuck later went into the Environmental & Remediation Field. Tim continued in the family business growing the Company 10 fold over the last 25 years.
Today we are one of Southern California’s leading Paving Companies built on Quality Workmanship & Lasting Relationships with our customers. We have 3rd generation employees and a few of our Paving Foreman have over 30 years with Regan Paving. We truly have some of the best employees in the field. Our Project Managers go “The Extra Mile” to make sure your Project runs smoothly from start to finish.
