Ms. Gloss came to United Materials in 1990 as a Project Manager under Bill Kugler. She quickly became an essential part of the company first as the Vice President and then as President and Managing Member.  Beth sets all policies, manages all business practice, motivates, overviews all hiring of employees as well as serving as a Project Manager for our more difficult projects.  She is also in charge of  any enforcement in discipline for safety, attendance, and roof quality issues.

Mr.  Rouse, with 30 years of experience and the last ten spent as Vice President, Physical Property Manager, Vehicle Operation Manager, and Sales Manager in charge of re-roof and repairs is knowledgeable on every aspect of the industry.  Paul is also an expert in production operations, DOT truck Requirements, Boom Truck and truck operations as well as scaffolding set up.  He has been working for United Materials or a sister company since 1970.

After 18 years with United Materials, Molly has held and excelled at just about every position within the company. Molly dedicates herself to continuing professional education and safeguards company practices that ensure worker safety and the integrity of the project environment. She works government safety entities and remains current with laws and regulations designed to promote worker safety.

Richard has spent over 30 years in the roofing industry, beginning his career on a roof, thoughtfully working his way up through the ranks as Estimator. Richard is an integral resource at United Materials, with active roles with business development, and strategic planning.

Danielle has worked her way up in the organization, embracing its many opportunities along the way. By acting as liaison to both vendors and customers, she applies what she has learned to advance the interests of key relationships, both current and future.    

After 20 years in construction, facilities management, project management, and continuing education, Mark has taken great care to leverage his insights. He has made strong contributions and improvements to practices and operations throughout the company. Mark looks forward to an increasingly active role within the company.     

Mickey joined United Materials in 2010, and is the RoofGuard Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in Finance, and is a graduate of Future Executives Institute from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She also brings a 22-year commitment to problem-solving within the commercial roofing, and the heavy equipment industries.
