Bob oversees the landscape construction division of the company. His responsibilities include planning and budgeting, new branch development, personnel development, quality control and customer relations. He has been with Ruppert for 23 years, has over 35 years of industry experience and is a Certified Professional Horticulturist. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Key Executive Program and served as chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro Washington.

As the company’s founder and chief executive, Craig has been instrumental in developing the company’s mission, culture, and values. His experience and involvement with outside board memberships in other industries have allowed him to bring innovative ideas and management approaches to Ruppert Landscape. Craig’s current responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, and personnel development. He has been with Ruppert since its inception in 1976.

Patrick is responsible for overseeing the management of the Atlanta, Georgia and Raliegh, North Carolina landscape construction branches and building the Ruppert brand in these markets. He has been with the Ruppert organization for over 19 years and has over 30 years of industry experience. He holds a general contractor’s license from the state of Georgia.

Phil’s primary focus is to make sure that the company’s visions and values are integrated into its daily operation. He does this by working closely with the management team on its planning, personnel development, and systems control processes. Phil has been working for the Ruppert organization for over 22 years and has over 30 years in the industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Western Maryland (now McDaniel) College and recently graduated from Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management (OPM) program.

Tom oversees all aspects of the landscape management division, from business development to day-to-day operations. He has been with Ruppert for over five years and has over 10 years of finance, real estate, and property management experience. He holds a master of business administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of science degree in business administration from American University in Washington, DC, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

As director of pre-construction services and estimating, Mike is responsible for providing reliable estimating and pre-construction services for projects that are in-process or are in the planning stages. In addition to serving the needs of the company’s customers, he is responsible for training new and existing estimators, helping to establish company-wide standards, and reviewing the estimates on large specialty projects. He has been with the Ruppert organization for over 24 years.

Adam oversees all landscape construction operations at our Atlanta, Georgia branch, which covers projects in that geographical region. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting and personnel development within his branch as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. He has been with Ruppert for four years and has over 15 years of industry experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in turfgrass management from The Ohio State University.

Angela oversees all landscape construction operations at our Raleigh, North Carolina branch, which covers projects in that geographical region. Her responsibilities include planning, budgeting and personnel development within her branch as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. She has been with the Ruppert organization for over 16 years.

Brian oversees all landscape management operations at our Toughkenamon, Pennsylvania branch. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personnel development within his region as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. He has over years 26 of landscape industry experience and has been with Ruppert since 2018. He is a certified professional horticulturalist (CPH) and certified landscape technician (CLT) and holds a degree in applied sciences.

In this position, Courtney is responsible for developing strategy to optimize our talent acquisition and employee development programs and align with the company’s goals. She holds a BS in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Human Resources from Towson University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Dan is responsible for the management and development of our IT department, acting as the key liaison between the IT department and the business. In that role, he assists with communicating strategy, employee needs, project ROI’s, hardware/software needs, outsourcing opportunities, and budgets. He has been with Ruppert for over four years and has over 20 years of IT experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering science from Loyola University and a master’s degree in IT Management from the University of Virginia.

Greg oversees the purchase and maintenance of the company’s fleet and equipment and is responsible for the development and maintenance of all Ruppert Landscape facilities. He joined the company in 2016 and has over 20 years of management experience ranging from operations to logistics, including transportation, warehouse and distribution management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Radford University.

Jack oversees all landscape construction operations at our Houston, Texas, which covers projects in that geographical region. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting and personnel development within his branch as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. He has been with Ruppert for over 14 years and has over 18 years of industry experience. He served in the United States Marine Corps for nine years, during part of which he served as a senior drill instructor in Parris Island. During that time, he also was an honor graduate of both the Marine Corps Sergeant’s Leadership Course and the Staff Sergeant’s Career Course.

Ken is responsible for encouraging innovation and improvements in several areas including efficiency, compensation, project planning, training, mentorship and quality control. He has over 35 years of experience (33 with the Ruppert organization) in landscape construction and landscape management and is a Certified Professional Horticulturist.

Mike is responsible for overseeing operations in our human resources and IT departments.  He has been with the Ruppert organization for over nine years, is a U.S. Army veteran and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Virginia Tech.

Adam oversees all landscape construction operations at our Atlanta, Georgia branch, which covers projects in that geographical region. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting and personnel development within his branch as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. He has been with Ruppert for four years and has over 15 years of industry experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in turfgrass management from The Ohio State University.

Zac, who has been with Ruppert for over 16 years, is responsible for managing the research, development, implementation and usage of technology in the company’s Landscape Construction Division.

As director of business development in Ruppert’s landscape construction division, Paul is responsible for working with the sales team at each landscape construction branch to help unify sales effort across the division. In addition, he is responsible for tracking market trends and creating new sales opportunities on a national level, targeting markets with high construction volume and generating high-level relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, and landscape architects. He has been with Ruppert for over seven years, holds a degree in landscape management from Montgomery College, and is a platinum-level graduate of ABC’s Leadership Development Program.

As vice president of finance for Ruppert Companies, Donna is responsible for taxes, banking matters, and the financial oversight of Ruppert Landscape, Ruppert Nurseries, and Ruppert Properties. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Western Maryland College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She has been with the Ruppert organization for over 11 years and has over 30 years of finance, accounting, real estate, and property management experience.
