Chaney Enterprises

Hall’s formal involvement with Chaney Enterprises began with summer employment, holding many positions where needed, while attending school the University of Maryland (UMD), where he received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business. In 2008, Hall rejoined Chaney Enterprises after serving as a project manager for Reliable Contracting, Millersville, MD. Memberships include: UMD Chapter National Honor Society, the Urban Land Institution, Annapolis Mayor Josh Cohen’s community fund advisory board and the Associated Builders and Contractors Chesapeake Shores Chapter board. He is co-founder and chair of the Anne Arundel County Next Gen Organization. 

Jan previously served as chief marketing officer and vice president of sales for The Brick Companies in Edgewater, MD. She also served as vice president of marketing for Atlantic Golf in Edgewater. She began her professional career at the corporate headquarters of Outback Steakhouse in Tampa, FL, and became operations and marketing manager. Jan volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club of America, Special Olympics of Maryland and Chesapeake Bay Area Charities. She is also an active member Chief Executives Working Together (TEC) and the American Marketing Association Mentor Program. 

Jeff has served as general manager for Rowe Materials since 2008. He joined Chaney Enterprises in 1994 moving to sales manager in 2003. Boards served are: Charles County Chamber of Commerce, Southern Maryland Chapter of the American Red Cross, Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association and coaches little league basketball and baseball in Charles County.
