Our team consists of managers, estimators, and foreman that have been in the industry for over a decade, some for over 25 years. Our personnel are qualified, trained, and certified. We have a committment to our customers as well as the environment.

SMI Services, LLC. the front runner in Sediment and Erosion Controls, Stormwater Management and Bio Retention Facilities throughout Maryland, D.C. Metro, Virginia, and Delaware areas. We are dedicated to making sure our customers have outstanding quality, competitive pricing, and professionalism using sustainable practices throughout all stages of a project from start to finish.

About the Business
Founded in 1998, Site Maintenance, Inc. was the parent company of the organization. In 2004 as the growing demand increased in the erosion control industry, we branched out to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. SMI Services, LLC was also established as another division of our expansion.
In 2010, the Eastern Shore office relocated to Selbyville Delaware to follow growing demands along the Delmarva Penninsula. In 2011 the company rebranded and is now known as SMC Environmental. Since December 2011, the DE office will be under new ownership and conducting business as SMI Services of Delaware.
Two more branch locations have been added since 2012. SMI Services Mid Atlantic in Trenton New Jersey. and SMI Services Northern Delaware in Smyrna Delaware.
