Anatole Exteriors

Michael has always enjoyed working in the construction industry. From the young age of 16 years old, he labored on various job sites for his family’s construction business. Through hard-work and dedication, he worked his way up the in industry and would later become a part owner of Anatole Exteriors. Now running the company with his eldest brother Tim, he and Mike are constantly seeking to grow the company to new heights by breaking new boundaries. Mike excels in project management, estimating, and business development. But by far, his favorite part of the job is working with professionals who strive to grow not only in their personal lives, but also as members of the Anatole team.

Caring Husband. Driven Builder. In 1997, Tim was just 18 years old when he got involved in the business of construction and exterior design. As the eldest child in his family, he was entrusted with administrative responsibilities as soon as he graduated from High School. His 19 years of experience in this field brings a sharp mind and valuable knowledge when it comes to realm of exterior construction. Tim has a passion to create and to mold the perfect product to meet our clients vision. He is a constant source of guidance and inspiration to the entire Anatole team.

As a former graduate of Lee University and a teacher of mathematics, Bogdan applies his analytical talents and problem solving skills to create accurate estimates based on architectural, civil, and structural plans. As an employee of Anatole Exteriors, he enjoys encouraging his coworkers and serving customers with a joyful spirit. Bogdan is wonderfully married to his best friend Anna, and is blessed with two precious daughters Mariam and Daniella. Investing into his family is his favorite time of the day. When time permits, he finds interest in fixing broken toys, playing chess, and reading theological literature.

With a strong background in production, Matt brings a focus on continuous improvement to his role as a Lead Estimator. He constantly strives to adapt to serve customers in new ways as products, processes, and markets continue to change. In his spare time, Matt enjoys performing as a musician and loves helping other artists bring their creative visions to life at his home studio.

As Project Estimator, Tanya prepares construction budgets by studying architectural plans, updating specifications, and identifying/projecting costs for each elevation.  Aside from her work in estimating, Tanya enjoys creating graphic design media, traveling, and working as a local and international missionary. She is trilingual in Russian, English, and Korean which allows her to connect with a variety of different people from across the country to across the globe.

David is the newest member of the Operations department. He joins us with 25 years of experience in Business Management. He and his wife, Haley, have been married for 28 years are blessed to have their children and grandchildren living close. David also has a background in ministry and is an associate/children’s pastor as well as residing on the board of trustees at his local church. David has a passion for the outdoors and loves to hunt, fish, and hike in his spare time. 

David joins the Anatole team after spending the last decade managing a local car lot. His daily responsibilities involve overseeing warehouse operations, keeping up with material inventory, and managing the use of company trucks. In his spare time, David enjoys working on cars and spending time with his lovely wife and two children. He constantly pursues being in the presence of God and prides himself on allowing Him to guide his daily life.

Dima comes to Anatole with a strong background in finance and accounting, and his many roles in leadership lend to his indispensable position as VP of Operations. His primary responsibilities involve total oversight of the project management team as well as operations as a whole to provide excellent quality in all of our services. In his personal life, Dima finds value and satisfaction in actively serving in his local church. He is also happily married with three lovely children.

After starting his career in accounting, Dima took a leap and made the transition to a position in the construction industry as a project manager. Dima enjoys working with people to resolve challenges on the job and strives overall to make the world a better place. When he’s not at work, Dima likes to spend time with his wife, Larisa and their children, Azur and Estella.

With over a decade of experience in project management, Edward recently relocated to Chattanooga after spending four years in NYC working in high-end residential construction. In his free time, Edward enjoys composing music, tackling the great outdoors in his Jeep Wrangler, and spending time with his wife and one year-old son.

Gene has over seventeen years of experience in the construction industry. With a thorough and detail-oriented work ethic, Gene is focused on project success through strategic team building and technical expertise. Everyday he oversees the execution of each of his projects to achieve a successful outcome. In his personal life, he is a talented photographer and videographer.

As Operations Coordinator, Hilda’s duties include creating info sheets for general contractors, requesting warranties, certificates of insurance and assisting the Project Management team to ensure every project is a positive experience. Originally from Mexico, she is fluent in English and Spanish. This allows Hilda to also serve as translator between project managers and subcontractors. Her hobbies include hiking, traveling, and helping translate documents.

Jonnie comes to Anatole with a variety of experience as a former small business owner and Bible teacher. He has been married to the love of his life, Tabitha for 18 years and has four wonderful children. In his spare time, Jonnie enjoys fishing, kayaking, and any other activities he can do with his family.

Kellen is the Director of Operations for our Anatole X division. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings professionalism and expertise to all of our local projects. Kellen is also happily married to his wife of fifteen years with whom he has 3 wonderful children. When he is not working, Kellen enjoys traveling and quality time spent with family.

Olga is our talented Office Manager at Anatole Exteriors. She makes sure everything in our office is always running smoothly. Her duties include staffing, HR, licensing, and a variety of other challenging yet necessary administrative tasks. She is a lovely wife and caring mother of three. She enjoys traveling with her family and watching her kids take on new adventures. Olga is trilingual in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. She uses her talents in translating for the orphan hosting organization where she serves as a volunteer.

Sophia is the Operations Assistant at Anatole Exteriors. She assists the Project Management team with lodging crews, entering material data, and running errands. When she is not working, Sophia enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering at her local church.

With over ten years of experience in customer service and supplier relations, Chad works tirelessly to strengthen all of Anatole’s client relationships. Chad is happily married to his amazing wife Shannon who is also an incredible friend and mother to their three beautiful children, Avery, Ally and Austin. Outside of work, Chad and his family love to camp. Chad also loves to serve in his local church as the Children’s Pastor.

As Chief Estimator and VP of Business Development, Joseph works hard to finalize estimates for projects, negotiate bids, oversee sales, and lead Anatole Exteriors in the generation of new and ongoing business. Joseph is also the father of four wonderful teenagers and pre-teens. Much of his time outside of the office is spent enjoying time with them, attending their sporting events, and being involved with his church.

Erica is the financial assistant at Anatole Exteriors. She assists the financial controller with accounts payable, which includes entering and tracking invoices, general financial data entry, and running errands for the financial department. Erica enjoys kayaking, spending time with family, and writing religious poems in the pursuit of glorifying God’s Kingdom.

Kristina Lutsenko is the Financial Controller at Anatole Exteriors. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our company including AP/AR, billing, bookkeeping & customer service. Her desire to serve others goes beyond her job description; she enjoys serving at her local church as well as providing meals for the homeless shelter. In her free time, she loves to cook, do puzzles and spend time with her husband.
