Modern Drywall Inc. specializes in commercial, industrial and institutional construction. We also have a multifamily and residential division including custom and production projects. We are a diversified company with a wide range of services that include rough and finish carpentry, metal framing, insulation, drywall, acoustic ceilings, painting, wall covering, decora and EIFS. All of our employees are experienced and well trained with excellence being our number one priority. Our quality product, superior service and standardized systems are what separate us from other construction companies. These systems and our well managed team ensure stable scheduling, of both manpower and materials, which lead us to successful project deliveries for our clients. History:

Modern Drywall was founded in 1990 by Philip De Luca as a primarily custom residential drywall contractor. In 1994 he brought in a partner, Joseph Grupido and incorporated the business. Together they built one of the largest drywall companies in the state working for builders including Pulte Homes, Centex Homes, Toll Brothers, Robertson Bros. and Moceri companies. As they continued to grow, they began to diversify; adding framing and painting to their scope. Today they have evolved into one of the largest commercial interior contractors in the area.
