Our Story
Overley’s Est 1959 (Overley’s) was established in 1959 as one of Arizona’s
first waste transporters, working with all types of septic and underground
systems. In 2014, the company was purchased by Dan Porter and
merged with Western Utility Contractors, LLC, which has been providing
underground utility installation and repair since 2005. Together, Western
Utility Contractors, LLC dba Overley’s Est 1959 has become an industry
leader in underground utility construction and environmental waste
remediation with over 500% growth since the 2014 merger.
With 130 employees and a combined 170 years of experience amongst its
management team, Overley’s is dedicated to making our customers’ lives
easier through superior workmanship, attention to detail, and consistent
quality of service. Most importantly, Overley’s operates with a “safety first”
attitude and employs a comprehensive safety program that has produced
an exceptional .66 EMR for 2020. We pride ourselves in providing our team
members with the most relevant and timely training across all areas of
safety and operations. Lastly, the company owns and operates over 400
pieces of equipment, including excavators, loaders, backhoes, water trucks,
semi-tractors, Hydro-Ex trucks, liquid tankers, and a variety of trailers
equipped to accommodate a wide variety of services. We have the right
equipment and the right experience to meet our customers’ needs.
