Scope Of Work
This was a one story commercial building space makeover. We started with a gutted space. We had to overcame some challenges due to it being an older building.
We were combining 2 units separated by a double sheetrock wall, so we cut out a recessed area around the metal door frames which turned out being a nice architectural feature. A supporting steel pole ended up being out in the open, so instead of drywalling around it, we left the pole exposed and painted it a nice blue color. Getting natural light into the unit was a challenge, so we installed commercial windows horizontally on the exterior offices to let the light in.
As you can see, the finished-out space turned out beautiful.
