Scope Of Work
Lobby and corridor refresh in a multi-tenant building at the West Park Office Building and University of Phoenix. Work included minor tenant finish on floors 1–4, including: renovation on the elevators; new drinking fountains; new corridor doors and hardware; new corridor ceiling grid; and new lobby railing on 2nd floor. Unique challenges included working on common spaces in a fully occupied office building and balancing the work and tenant concerns.
