JJR Associates, Inc founded in 1983 by their principals Rafael M. Vasquez and Jorge A. Vasquez with a combined 90 years experience in the building of quality homes and commercial projects. The principals are members of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Since its inception the Company has completed projects from New York City to Montauk Point on Eastern Long Island. JJR’s projects have included Residential Developments, award winning Custom Designed luxury homes, Commercial Construction and Renovations.

JJR offers experience in taking the necessary steps for subdividing land through the proper county agencies and municipal authorities. We install the required infrastructure such as roads, curbs, drainage and utilities together with the building of new homes.
