Scope Of Work
Sequoia General Contracting Corp. was selected to complete this 926 square foot interior renovation for a new Freshberry Frozen Yogurt Café in the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago. The project’s location required precise scheduling and coordination to assure timely completion and minimal disruption to the adjacent businesses and pedestrian traffic. The project’s renovations included vibrant wall and floor finishes, architectural soffits and enhancements to the MEP/Fire Protection systems. The owner was thrilled with Sequoia’s efforts and
foresees great success in the vibrant Streeterville neighborhood.
