Scope Of Work
Sequoia General Contracting Corp. was privileged to be selected as the general contractor to construct a 30,000 square foot therapeutic school to assist and teach Autistic Children. Sequoia’s mission of creating an environment where people with disabilities can thrive was very evident on this project. The specialized architectural design included new LED lighting fixtures vs. fluorescent fixtures. The LED lighting provides the students better visual ability without the flickering characteristics present with fluorescents. Classrooms and bathrooms, along with specialized care classrooms, were built to serve the students. The school’s staff was very pleased at the genuine effort, care, and attention shown by the Sequoia staff.
