Michael has been with Worth Construction Co., Inc. since 1995 and served in every management positions, including Business Development, Executive Management, Project Management, Estimating and Superintendent. As Worth current leader, Michael oversees all aspects of the company’s business and is involved in the day-to-day operations, managing a diversified range of projects including industrial, educational, municipal and private construction. Michael operates on the principle that "everyone in the organization has to perform as a team." Worth people, from top management to field staff, work together and take more responsibility for making you project a success.

Michael Pontoriero is the principal, with a hands-on approach and is an active presence both in the office and on the jobsite. His primarily goals and functions are to insure compliance with contract terms and interaction with the owner’s management team to ascertain quality and service objectives are being met by the Worth team. Michael’s success can be attributed to his skillful ability to look ahead, troubleshoot and, when necessary, quickly solve problems that may arise. Other experience also includes hard lump sum bid estimating, conceptual budgeting, scope analysis, value engineering, and negotiating contracts.

As the Executive Project Manager, Mr. Bigham plays a vital role of being responsible for the successful completion of all projects from both a construction aspect as well as a financial aspect. In addition, as the Company Safety Director, Mr. Bigham monitors each project for general safety and cleanliness concerns and OSHA compliance. Regular training of the employees is conducted on specific hazards, weekly 'Tool Box Meetings' and prepares all pertinent safety documents and reports for agency compliance.

Since 1989, Edward has been responsible for the accounting and financial management of Worth overseeing the Company’s finances, accounting and billing functions. Edward develops short- and long- term financial statement, cash-flow reports and forecasts and is accountable for the company's strong balance sheet works. As a Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, Mr. Harsche ensuring that Worth conducts its operations in accord with the Company’s ethics and business integrity policies.
