Our Story

Coastline Development has developed a strong reputation for quality, competitiveness, financial strength and ethical business practices. This reputation has afforded us the opportunity to construct the majority of our projects on a unit price and or negotiated basis with repeat customers. Our bonding capacity is sufficient to bond the largest projects, as opposed to bonding by project phase.

Our customer service team believes that excellent service is the key to a successful construction venture. We shape our talents and efforts to suit each client's individual needs and requirements. Regardless of the team assigned to a project, we provide a project representative to be a single point of contact throughout the duration of the contact. All questions or concerns are addressed promptly by this Coastline liaison.

Coastline's years of experience has effectively served numerous owners, developers, homeowners associations, property management companies, and legal counsel by customizing construction efforts to suit each specific request.

The Company's operational practices differs from the conventional "broker" system, where all of the work is subcontracted leading to significant delays in completion, cost overruns and inconsistent job quality. Coastline's Field Supervision can "Self-Perform" nearly all of the contracted tasks. The Project Management Team averages over 30-Years experience per individual.

Coastline earns repeat business because of its dedication and commitment to quality construction, ethical business practices and a competitive pricing structure.

We take pride in our cumulative record of successful project completions, on schedule, and within budget.

"Excellent customer service is the key to a successful venture"
