Scope Of Work
Peter Schwabe, Inc. was proud to be selected to serve as general contractor for the renovation of Waukesha County Technical College's 2800 square foot Culinary Classroom. The new kitchen learning environment features multiple student-group cooking stations for hands-on learning, along with an instructor station. All stations are equipped with the latest in kitchen technology, including flat grills, open-flame burners and convection ovens.
