Scope Of Work

Construction of an Industrial Pretreatment Wastewater Plant capable of holding and treating oil, grease and suspended solids, COD, metals in solution, sludge and discharge acceptable effluent to the local municipal wastewater collection system.

The work included furnishing and installation of all associated site work, architectural work, piping, electrical, motor controls, treatment chemicals, lab furniture, welded steel and polyethylene tanks, process mixers, clarifiers, a pre-filter and coalescing unit, a dissolved air floatation system, miscellaneous process pumps, a sludge processing system, an automated Plant Control System with Logic Software and control panels with integration of Process Control Instrumentation of required  equipment including remote access.
