Scope Of Work
This project was a 13,000 square foot renovation. Upper floor was totally gutted in the middle of the hospital, which provided for twenty new patients rooms and staff facilities. The work included extensive demolition, cementitious floor leveling, cold formed metal framing, drywall, fireproofing, resilient sheet flooring (welded), acoustical ceiling, custom casework, medical gas, plumbing, fire sprinklers, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and nurse call
