Allen Amsler's Bio
Allen Amsler oversees McCrory Construction, a full-service general contractor ranked among the Southeast’s largest and most respected construction services providers. The company is known for its expertise in key market sectors — primarily retail, commercial, healthcare, multi-family and industrial construction. Amsler’s personal passion for client satisfaction is reflected throughout the entire organization. After a century in existence, McCrory maintains an exceptionally high level of repeat business — at more than 90 percent.
Under Amsler’s leadership, privately held McCrory has experienced unprecedented growth in the last decade. During this time, the company has significantly increased its already impressive list of private and public sector clients. Further, McCrory has expanded its services, market sectors, and geographic presence. Headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, McCrory now is licensed in 13 states and has full-service regional offices in Greenville, South Carolina, and Raleigh, North Carolina.
Amsler began his extensive career with McCrory in 1987 following graduation from the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. After immersing himself in all aspects of the business through increasingly responsible roles — ranging from Assistant Project Manager, to Project Manager, to Vice President of Operations — he assumed the title of President and CEO in 2003.
Active in a variety of civic organizations, Amsler serves on the Board of Directors, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of the Carolinas, and sits on the boards of Special Olympics South Carolina and the Humane Society of South Carolina. In addition, he is a member of the Lexington Board of Advisors for the National Bank of South Carolina (NBSC) and serves as Department of Commerce Committee Representative for the South Carolina Building Codes Council Loss Mitigation Program. Amsler is past Chairman for the National Kidney Foundation in South Carolina and former Chairman of the Board for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC)
Amsler and his wife live in Lexington, South Carolina. He enjoys boating, flying, and family time with their three adult children.

Fred’s superb estimating skills are recognized by colleagues throughout South Carolina. He’s respected for his attention to detail and accuracy, skills honed by more than 35 years in the construction industry. His invaluable experience in planning and design-build project delivery is the foundation of McCrory’s Upstate preconstruction team. Regardless of project type or delivery method, Fred brings trust and confidence to every project’s preconstruction effort.
Larry Kingery's Bio
Over the years, Larry has shepherded the successful planning, execution and management of some of McCrory’s largest and most demanding job sites. Whether a day calls for assisting with subcontract reviews or an intensive preconstruction planning session, Larry’s work is backed by more than 20 years of construction experience. Today it’s a defining voice within McCrory’s preconstruction services. Larry is deeply involved in project scheduling, budget development, subcontractor selection, and more for many McCrory clients. His keen eye and thoughtful diligence are at work on the drawing board and the job site every day.

Bill Osborne's Bio
Since joining McCrory over 20 years ago, Bill has taken on increasingly responsible roles in operations management as the company has positioned itself as a regional leader in retail, commercial, healthcare, multi-family, and industrial construction. As Vice President of Operations, Bill has oversight of project managers companywide. In this role, he is actively involved from project conception to post construction closeout. Bill remains an integral part of project preplanning and startup, and closely monitors costs, quality, and schedule throughout the project’s duration. Through his extensive experience and operational knowledge, Bill helps ensure successful results for McCrory projects large and small.
Ralph Trinter's Bio
Throughout his 20-plus years with McCrory, Ralph has focused on delivering results - whether new construction, renovation, or expansion. As Vice President of Field Operations, Ralph is intimately involved in day-to-day jobsite activities, overseeing project superintendents and field team members companywide. Ralph’s deep technical understanding of construction, as well as scheduling and personnel management, gives McCrory clients the assurance of construction excellence – high-quality projects delivered safely, on time and within budget. Ralph’s specialized expertise in sustainable design, materials, and resources brings additional value to owners. Regardless of project size or type, fostering a culture of safety is always top-of-mind for Ralph.

Allen Bridgers is responsible for sales and marketing at McCrory Construction, a full-service general contractor known for its leadership in key market sectors throughout the Southeast — primarily retail, commercial, healthcare, multi-family and industrial construction. After a century of unwavering commitment to customer focus, McCrory maintains an exceptionally high level of repeat business — at more than 90 percent.
Central to his role is developing core client relationships in strategic Markets --a key part of the company's business development strategy. Over the last decade, McCrory has significantly increased its already impressive list of private and public sector clients, many with ongoing building programs. During this period of unprecedented growth, McCrory has expanded its services, market sectors and geographic presence. Headquartered in Columbia, McCrory now is licensed in 13 states and has full-service regional offices in Greenville, South Carolina, and Raleigh, North Carolina.
Bridgers came to McCrory in 2007 after six years in manufacturing operations with Nestlé USA, the world's leading nutrition, health and wellness company. As he began his professional career, Bridgers honed his leadership and team-building skills at Nestlé's frozen entree plant in Gaffney, South Carolina. Established over 35 years ago, this flagship-brand facility continues to be one of Nestlé USA's key operations.
Bridgers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Wofford College in 2001. He is a graduate of Leadership South Carolina's Class of 2015, as well as Leadership Columbia's Class of 2010. He is active in the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association as a current board member and past Chair. Bridgers serves on the Management Committee of ULI South Carolina, and sits on the board of the Carolina Children's Home in Columbia.
Bridgers lives in downtown Columbia with his wife and three children.
