Cody is a company executive and part owner of GBC Construction. He is an expert in renovation projects, having more than 10 years of CM/GC project experience. He excels in estimating, value engineering, design detail analysis as well as project cost analysis.

Greg grew up in the Willamette Valley and has spent most of his life here. Greg has a long resume of successful and master plan work. With Greg’s leadership, the GBC Construction team has secured and maintained long-term relationships with core clients throughout Oregon.

Joel is a company executive and part owner of GBC Construction. He is a Eugene-area resident who has spent more than 20 years working in the Willamette Valley. He has an exceptional knowledge of the current market conditions here. Joel excels in value engineering, design detail analysis as well as project cost analysis.

Tim provides a wide range of construction experience specializing in challenging projects within healthcare, education, and sports facilities as well as extensive experience with large site projects. 

Brian has extensive experience with renovations on occupied campuses. He is especially skilled at value engineering, procurement and HUB Outreach. Brian understands complex mechanical systems and complex projects.

Lindsey holds high expectations for quality work to exceed the typical standards. In the past six years at GBC, Lindsey has had the opportunity to be involved in over 100 renovation projects, including renovations on  higher education and healthcare campuses. She understands the importance of pre-planning and the coordination efforts that are required to take place amongst the project team to minimize impacts and deliver projects on schedule and on budget. 

Damon has extensive experience with renovations and has spent much of his career working in occupied facilities. He has many years of experience planning site logistics.
