Since its founding in 2001, Legacy Construction Services, LLC has grown to be a multi-capable firm serving a wide range of development, industrial, retail and not for profit customers.

Our first major, signature project was Legacy Village, a 600,000 square foot lifestyle shopping center for which we managed the entire 12-month, fast-track construction operation, including pre-construction consulting.

We now provide a full range of construction and consulting services to national retailers, multiple local development and property management firms, not-for-profit institutional entities and international manufacturing firms.
