Scope Of Work

S. DiGiacomo & Son, Inc. completed a major 35,000 sf renovation of the four story pre-war dormitory building for the Jesuit community at Fordham University. The project scope included: new elevator shaft, commercial kitchen, dining room, 40 bedroom-suites with baths, new Chapel, roof, heating, air conditioning, exterior pointing, and solarium.
