Armand Shank's Bio
Armand Shank grew up in Cockeysville, Maryland where he still resides. He attended Towson University at night for 12 years, graduating in 1995 with a major in Business Administration. He served in the US Army from 1966 until 1968 followed by a year as a parts salesman at Anderson Chevrolet. In 1969, he joined Pete Peri, his father in law’s company, Rocchi Construction to learn the commercial construction business. In 1982, he was promoted to Vice President and then to President in 1987 when a buyout plan was put into action. He currently oversees the management and business development for the company.
In his free time, Armand enjoys history and collecting early paper money of Maryland. He was the co-author of “Money and Banking in Maryland” published by the Maryland Historical Society in 1996. He currently serves on the board of the Historical Society of Baltimore County. He is also a trustee of his church where he has donated extensive time to building projects. He has been married to Lisa for 27 years and has one daughter who resides in Austin, Texas.
Dion Amato's Bio
Dion Amato is from Fallston, MD where he was born and raised. He is a Project Manager and Estimator for Rocchi Construction. After 12 years in the commercial carpentry trade, he joined Rocchi Construction in 2001. While in the trade he worked from the position of Carpenters Apprentice to Project Manager as carpentry subcontractor. During that time, he worked for many of the Baltimore area General Contractors and Construction Managers. His career with Rocchi began as a Superintendent where he spent approximately 12 years at that position. Since joining Rocchi Dion has worked on a variety of projects including; car dealerships, health clubs, medical offices, high rise tenant fit outs and manufacturing facilities. This includes project values ranging from a few thousand to 25 million dollars. Dion now works as Project Manager with duties that include estimating, business development and customer service. Recently Dion was voted onto the Board of Directors of Rocchi Construction and is also a member of the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work Dion has a variety of interests that include history, music and wood craft. Dion was inspired to join the trades by the influence of his father and grandfather. One offering creativity and the other the drive to complete a job well done. He is also an amateur machinist and has been published by the Machinist Workshop Magazine, a Village Press publication distributed worldwide. Dion has a 10-year-old daughter and has been married for the past 17 years.

Andy O’Hara's Bio
Andy O’Hara was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and currently resides in Harford County. He has many years of experience in the construction industry and joined Rocchi Construction in 2019 as a Project Manager. In 2002, Andy started as an apprentice plumber and worked his way through various positions including foreman and field superintendent. His years in the field has offered a breadth of knowledge with projects ranging in all sizes from single family homes to multimillion-dollar hospitals, and everything in between. Andy is known for his down to earth and personable approach that allows him to connect with clients and peers. In his free time, Andy enjoys watching sports, stream fishing, and is beginning to learn the art of fly fishing. Andy also delights in spending time with his wife, Krystal, and his two sons.
Ulrike Thompson's Bio
Ulrike Thompson was born and raised in Germany. She earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University in Dresden, Germany before coming to the USA in 1995. She attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN and graduated with a M.S. CE in Environmental Engineering in 1998. During her career, she has held various technical and project management positions in Procter & Gamble’s Cosmetics business and at Coty’s Covergirl Manufacturing facility in Hunt Valley, MD. Ulrike is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute’s Baltimore and Montgomery County chapters. Ulrike joined the Rocchi Construction team in January 2019 as a Project Manager. In this role she is assisting clients from the initial conception phase of a project through the design and construction process serving as an experienced project manager. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, travelling and watching sports with her husband of 20 years. Over the last 14 years she has volunteered in her children’s classroom and is actively involved in their music and sports activities.

Tim Craig Jr.'s Bio
Tim Craig Jr. is from Westminster, MD where he was born and raised. He attended Stevenson University, where he majored in Business Communication. At Stevenson, Tim was a member of the Varsity Football Team and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Stevenson Villager, the University Newspaper publication. Growing up, his father owned a commercial door company where he worked in the summers and weekends. In high school, he worked for a mechanical contractor during the summers and weekends. It wasn’t until after college that he began to work on the interior side of the construction industry. Tim joined the Rocchi team in September 2019 and serves in a Business Development position. In this role, his responsibilities include client research, lead generation, and social media. When Tim is not at work, he enjoys fishing and watching sports, particularly the Baltimore Ravens and Alabama Crimson Tide, as well as spending time with family.

Jenny Blazek's Bio
Jenny Blazek grew up in Howard County, MD and now lives in Westminster, MD. Jenny has been married to her husband Lance for 25 years and has two adult sons. Growing up, her father owned, both, concrete and home building businesses. Jenny worked for both businesses through college and beyond. This is where she gained her love for construction and construction accounting. Several years later, Jenny and Lance started an EIFS business of their own where Jenny estimated and managed all day to day operations. Jenny joined the Rocchi team in September 2010 and serves as the staff accountant. In this role, her responsibilities include A/P, Job Costing, A/R, and Payroll. When Jenny is not at work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, playing trivia as well as spending time with friends and family.

Jacki Amato's Bio
Jacki Amato was born, raised and resides in Overlea, MD. She earned a B.A. in Management from Hood College in 1995. Jacki joined the Rocchi Construction team in March 2017 as the Administrative Assistant. She handles the day-to-day operations of the office. During her career, she has held positions at the Community Colleges of Baltimore County Science Department as an Administrative Assistant, State of Maryland – Department of Assessments and Taxation as the Executive Associate to the Director, and Johns Hopkins University Office of University Real Estate as the Lease Administrator. Jacki is married with one daughter. She volunteers at her daughter’s school and is Class Parent. She is an active member of the Hood College Alumni Executive Board, serving as various past officers, and is Class Reporter for her graduating class. In her spare time, Jacki likes to attend Orioles’ games, go to concerts, watch sporting events and spend time with her family.
