Scope Of Work
Abbott Land and its development partners – WBS Equities, LLC and MAS Development, LLC – performed three Build-to-Suit/For Lease transactions with Mariano’s, now a subsidiary of The Kroger Co. All three Build-to-Suit projects were stand-alone facilities and are located in Elmhurst, Chicago (Bronzeville) and Des Plaines, respectively.
Development services were performed by the development team that included the following: land acquisition, lease negotiation and execution, zoning approvals, incentives such as TIFs and sales tax rebates, equity and debt financing, and project management, resulting in the successful delivery of a turnkey project for our client
