Founded in 1989 by a team of ambitious professionals, Caroline Contractors merged a wealth of experience and skills into a company that would earn a remarkable reputation as a leading contracting company. Dan Swanson (Architect), Todd Caroline (General contractor), Marcia Philips (Structural engineer)  combined their strengths to create an unbeatable force in construction. They promised at the time they decided to launch Caroline Contractors that they would always operate with a quality foundation of unwavering ethics and quality workmanship.

We have a proven track record working quickly with large developers on new buildings, small and large businesses from commercial build outs to retrofitting and updating properties. We also specialize in working with individual owners in design, pre-construction, site development, demolition, construction and post construction on any projects they might have.
