Our objective has always centered around on-time performance while attaining a high degree of workmanship. Satisfying some of our more demanding clients, KMart, as an example, required completing 104,000 SF of retail space in 22 weeks.

Company President, Jim Ploska, is a hands-on owner and administrator who is personally involved in all aspects of the corporations’ performance. Senior Project Manager, Chris Hutchison, is a graduate architect and has been with the firm since 1989.

We accomplish our scheduling, project management and billing utilizing state of the art computer programming, and take pride in our attention to detail as it relates to communication with the various owner and architects with whom we work. Typical projects range between $250,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Our bonding capacity is considerable, and provided by an ‘A’ rated surety company
