Scope Of Work
Location: New Haven, CT
Description: Over 25,000SF of interior renovations, including Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), Cardiac Catheterization
Lab, Electro Physiology OR with full Niobe Stereotaxis System, Single Plane Angiography Lab, OR conversions for laparoscopic surgery, ECT department and various clinics. Work also included a new ground up 30,000SF three-story addition on top of an existing roof for ambulatory housing, same day surgery preparation, PACU, and a Bone & Joint replacement center.
