Scope Of Work
ACGNA completed the comprehensive renovation and expansion of the former Clarion Hotel in Bristol, Connecticut, transforming the facility into a modern luxury hotel and conference facility worthy of the DoubleTree by Hilton name.
The construction, valued at well over $20 million dollars, included a brand-new five-story, 19-suite tower with a separate entrance for guests. The hotel now features 19 stylish guest suites and 122 modern guest rooms, including a 2,000SF. Presidential Suite. The 5,000SF ballroom offers conference and meeting space for up to 500 guests. Two new dining venues, a modern fitness center, and an indoor saltwater pool complete the amenities.
Existing hotel space was completely renovated, including all guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors. In addition, public spaces were renovated for code and ADA compliance and feature updated fixtures, finishes and furniture. The front desk, ballroom, meeting spaces, restaurant, and bar were given a stylish new design concept featuring state-of-the-art amenities and technology.
All construction work was completed while the hotel remained open and serving guests.
