Scope Of Work

This project addresses the 44,755 square foot renovation and tenant interior build out of the Crown Center campus’s first floor. The program included the modernization of all interior building components, hurricane impact resistant windows, energy efficient systems, and the deep penetration of natural light through open work areas with the use of transom glass and shaded glazing. In addition to meeting the firm’s corporate office and conference meeting room needs, the space was designed and constructed to incorporate a basketball court, racquet ball court gymnasium with showers, sleeping spaces and lounges.
