Scope Of Work
The Boca Colonnade project is a four story Class A office building. The building is a core and shell tilt wall structure that permitted a fast track construction schedule. Constructed within a nature preserve, Boca Colonnade was the first LEED Gold core and shell office structure developed in the City of Boca Raton. Sustainable components include a Carrier water chilled central cooling system, DVL building automation package to control interior and exterior lighting, low flow plumbing fixtures, Carlisle White TPO heat island effect compliant roofing and zero VOC paint. This project also includes a four story parking garage structure for 363 vehicles.
