Scope Of Work
The Aetna Pharmacy project was a tenant improvement for their home delivery prescription service. The project included a 50,000 SF prescription distribution area with conveyor systems and clean rooms. It also included a 62,000 SF call center with conference room, offices, full service cafeteria with kitchen, restrooms, loading area and support spaces. A new rooftop chiller water system with AC units was also installed along with a parking lot.
