Gary has over four decades of real estate development and general construction experience, including the development of projects encompassing over one million square feet of commercial property and an additional 120 acres of raw land. Gary focuses primarily on conceptual development including engaging clients, forming partnerships, acquiring tenants, obtaining financing, and creating the project budget economic projections that ensure successful project completion. Gary additionally oversees all aspects of GLB’s performance. Gary has been a board member for several organizations such as Valley Public Radio, Fresno Art Museum and the Fresno Philharmonic Orchestra. Gary is also the founder and president of the G.L. Bruno Family Foundation, 501© (3) which has raised over $1,000,000.00.

When Gary is not at the office, he enjoys spending his time with family, friends, and his dog Bayley. He enjoys keeping up to date on the latest innovations of aviation and keeping his pilot credentials current. Some days you can find him on the golf course, but mostly in the lounge smoking a fine cigar, with a martini in hand while trying to solve the world’s problems like any avid James Bond fan would. Gary served in the United States Marine Corps and proudly supports our country’s military and veterans.

Mike joined GLB in 2001 as a Project Manager and in 2004 became the Vice President of Construction. Mike has lead GL Bruno’s construction team to construct over 30 complex medical buildings with their associated tenant improvements, including numerous cancer centers, imaging centers and ambulatory surgery centers. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of the construction division, Mike is responsible for supervising all design and permitting.

Mike is all about spending time and creating memories with his family. He enjoys watching his kids participate in school activities and sports. They enjoy vacationing in Hawaii and around California, and attending sporting events. As long as the Los Angeles Rams are winning, they are happy. When Mike is not spending time with his family, he enjoys working out, running, and woodworking. Mike served in the United States Marine Corps and proudly supports our country’s military and veterans.

Elizabeth joined GLB in 2007 as the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO while she finished her college degree. She became Vice President Operations in 2014 after serving as Director of Operations for two years. During her tenure at GLB, the firm has developed several medical facilities totaling over 175,000 square feet. In addition to her responsibilities overseeing the company’s daily operations, Elizabeth works on project financing and investor relationships.

Bill joined GLB as VP of Development in 2020. As the VP of Development, Bill is responsible for business and project development. Bill’s main focus is developing new business opportunities with healthcare and hospital leaders, medical groups, and physicians. As part of the executive team, Bill is also responsible for establishing and directing the strategic long-term goals for GLB’s development department.

Bill brings over fourteen years of experience in financial institution management serving in the accounting and IT arenas. He has spent the last 20 years as CFO of Kern Radiology Medical Group and Optimax Consulting Services. In these positions, he was responsible for strategic planning and leading a multi-million dollar operation.

William Bond joined GLB in 2016 to manage the accounting and finance department as Controller. In this role, Will oversees accounting and reporting of financial performance. With over thirty years of accounting experience and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from East Carolina University, Will partners with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies across the organization.
