Gary L. Bruno founded G. L. Bruno Associates, Inc. in 1978 based on the fundamental principle that the development of medical facilities required a unique level of innovation, integrity and quality.

For over four decades, GLB has followed these tenets in developing medical projects throughout California and the western United States, earning recognition from its physician, medical group, hospital, and national healthcare system clients as a leader in development of complex medical facilities. Throughout the years, GLB continues to innovate and provide every partner and client the integrity and the quality that Gary provided his first client.

With the vertical integration of its development, construction and operations divisions, GLB provides complete development services including acquiring land, forming ownership entities, creating performance projections, managing and overseeing design, obtaining entitlements, performing general construction contracting, securing financing, and managing property and assets. With its long history of success, GLB prides itself on the breadth and depth of its experience in the medical arena and its ability to treat each project as a new and unique opportunity.

G.L. Bruno Associates is a family-owned development and design/build construction company. For more than 35 years, we’ve specialized in sub-acute health care facilities and other medical projects. We offer comprehensive development and construction services, as well as consulting services for every stage of the process.

In addition to California, we’ve developed projects throughoutthe western United States, including Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nebraska, Nevada, and Utah. Our projects are as varied as our clients—who include hospitals, physicians, and healthcare systems—but we approach every project with the same dedication to our founding principles.
