Scope Of Work
Referred through a long-standing relationship with a regional bank, MacKenzie Capital, LLC was brought in to assist a Maryland-based hotel franchisee with refinancing a 200 room airport hotel located in Florida. As part of the franchisee’s license renewal, the project would be required to undergo a significant redevelopment to meet the franchisor product improvement plan enhancements.
