With over 20 years of experience in Puget Sound-area construction, Joe is a unique leader in the industry, combining both a professional management background with many years working on job sites.

After growing up working as a laborer and carpenter in his family’s residential construction business, Joe went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration and Management from Gonzaga University. Upon returning to construction, Joe saw a huge opportunity to apply modern technology and management techniques to an industry steeped in old-school ways, and the philosophy that drives our business was born.

Joey is a highly skilled professional in the flooring industry, with a passion for leading teams and embracing challenges. Since 2018, he has actively contributed to the field, consistently expanding his expertise in diverse products and services. Joey boasts extensive experience in Commercial Tenant Improvements, as well as State and Federal government projects. Notably, his exceptional talent lies in fostering strong relationships and effective communication with both his team members and customers, ensuring optimal outcomes.
