TNA Sealants, Inc.

TNA Sealants, Inc. performs caulking and re-caulking work on new and existing buildings with great attention to detail and an absolute focus on joint performance. We pride ourselves on performing joint installations right the first time, with no leaks and no call-backs. We specialize in locating and solving difficult leaks, but we are just as happy to caulk jobs correctly during new construction to prevent leak issues in the future.

The company was incorporated in 1988 after previously serving as the Caulking Division of Takao Nagai Associates, Ltd. (which provided the TNA in our name). We have been an independent corporation owned by Tom Henson since 1994.

Our field superintendent, Rob Schulz, has may years of experience in the field as a working union caulker and is fanatical about the quality of our work. Victor Majovsky is our full-time estimator and can handle all requests for estimates quickly and accurately. These people, plus our field foremen and highly skilled and qualified crew of caulkers, provide the backbone of the TNA Sealants team!

TNA Sealants enjoys good working relationships with all major sealant manufacturers and representatives to provide proper education, testing and warranties above our own warranties for all work.

We are equipped to reach all types of joints, and we have SPRAT (Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians) crews on staff to meet all OSHA standards and to reach the most difficult joint locations. We are often asked to perform work in challenging locations and situations, and we face those opportunities with enthusiasm.

Our crews are union members and trained at the union level and in-house, and are up to date on the latest products, techniques and safety procedures, to ensure your project can be completed with confidence!

While caulking is our main focus, we are also experts in firestopping work and specialty expansion joint installations.
