Our Story

The owners of Universal Fence Company, Inc.; Casey Lipham, Melissa Johnson and Kelly Lipham, have been associates for nearly 20 years.  The business incorporated in March of 2006, and gained its’ Minority Status in 2007. Universal Fence Company, Inc. is DBE and HUB certified.

Starting out primarily in the Fence Rental business, we wanted to expand our thinking and the way we do business.  Keeping our customers in mind, we wanted to expand our product offerings and implement new ideas.  We have since integrated more and more Permanent Fencing into our estimating and bid packages.  Universal Fence Company, Inc. now provides ALL fencing types from project inception (Temporary Construction Fence) to project completion (Permanent Fence).

As a small business, Universal Fence feels that our Customers, Vendors and Employees are part of the family, and our success would NOT BE possible without them!

In order to ensure the quality and professionalism our customers expect, we strive to self perform all of our projects from beginning to end. We are one of the few fence companies that still conducts business this way.
