Our Story

Since 1985 we have been a leading Excavation contractor operating in Central Virginia. Our experience means that we can approach each new project with the background, resources and expertise that help to improve the design and construction process further.  We make it a priority to understand each customer’s needs, offer integrated service and tailor our expertise and solutions to fit.  It is our conscious decision to leave a lower environmental impact, a positive ‘legacy’ for every community and campus where we work.

A few things that separate us from our competitors:

  • Been in business since 1985
  • Family owned and operated
  • M.W.B.E owned
  • Certified in both NC and VA

We have the capability and resources to self-perform most of the services we routinely provide.  The select subcontractors that we utilize on a limited basis are qualified and guaranteed to provide the highest level of proficiency our Customers expect.  We also work closely with our supply chain partners to make sure that project delivery is managed efficiently.
