Scope Of Work
PacRim provided a regulated building material survey (RBMS) and abatement oversight to 5 buildings and their buried utilities. It involved active air monitoring, suspect ACM and lead material sampling (as they were discovered during demolition), visual inspections, daily log-keeping, and compiling both a PCB Health and Safety Action Plan and Waste Identification and Diversion Plan for the project, as well as a full final report with associated drawings. Due to the large areas of hidden regulated materials that were discovered and accessed as abatement proceeded, PacRim had to execute an extremely organized and meticulous approach. At one point, buried pipe was uncovered, requiring PacRim to respond to an emergency call-out. PacRim's Seastar Team provided immediate sampling, analysis and monitoring of the cleanup, which allowed the project to continue on schedule and remain in compliance.
