Anne Harney has over 23 years of combined in-house Human Resources experience.

For over sixteen years, Anne has served as the Vice President—Human Resources for Collins, where she focuses on leading the HR team of four to success in recruitment, talent management, professional skill development, and employee relations. Anne started Collins’ HR department, and has helped grow the firm and the department.

Prior to joining Collins, Anne was the Human Resources Director for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.

Anne currently serves as Committee Chair of the ACEC-IL HR Committee and as the Assistant Chair of the ACEC HR National Forum.

Chip Conrad is a Division Manager overseeing office operations, client management, and business development for Collins’ interests in the southeastern United States.

Chip joined the Collins team in 1997 when he was first hired as a full-time engineering technician while completing his degree at Old Dominion University. Having grown up, played, and worked in and on the coastal waters of southeastern Virginia, Collins’ waterfront engineering project work in the region was a natural fit for Chip.

Over the last 18 plus years, Chip has participated in and managed a variety of above and below water inspection and design projects and contracts for private, local, state, and federal clients. He takes pride in his work and demonstrates a personal commitment to taking care of his staff, peers, and clients. In every undertaking, Chip focuses on executing the work safely and correctly, and providing excellence in the results.

Kathy Louder plays a lead role in identifying and managing Collins’ key pursuits. She guides the pursuit teams through the strategy development, execution, and deliverables development process.

Kathy has more than 27 years of experience in the A/E industry, and has been with Collins for over 13 years as a key contributor in the firm’s marketing and pursuit efforts. She is an effective team builder with a commitment to organizing groups of people and shepherding them to a successful outcome.

Kathy is a member of the ACEC-Illinois’ Business Development Committee. A lifelong resident of the Chicago metropolitan area, Kathy is driven by her desire to keep the region’s infrastructure in top form.
