Scope Of Work
Architect of the Capitol (AOC) Senate Underground Garage Renovation multi-year project will renovate the Senate Underground Garage and Senate Park. The renovation includes the interior rehabilitation of the garage, central fountain reflecting pool, planters, and surrounding pavement areas. Also included is restoration of the exterior stonework, plaza walkway, and waterproofing repairs for the fountains, upper plaza and the pedestrian tunnel under Delaware Avenue.
?Fort Myer is a subcontractor on this project and is responsible for all wet utilities, site utilities, and earthwork. Our team handles construction of the new duplex storm water pump station, demolition of all sidewalks, concrete ramp, granite curbs at the east ramp, and all sheeting and shoring, rigging, hoisting, and scaffolding.
