As President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) with more than 30 years of business operations experience, Jason is responsible for the P&L in both revenue growth and operational improvements across the organization. He provides management to our division leaders to maximize operational efficiency, and define growth strategies and implementation plans. Prior to joining Albireo, Jason served as North American Vice President of Energy and Construction Services for Sodexo, a Fortune Global 500 company providing services in 80 countries globally. While at Sodexo, Jason was most recently responsible for North American P&L, and business line development for the construction and energy services side of the business, leading the growth of Sodexo’s North American Facility Management business.

Prior to joining Sodexo, Jason was the Business Development Manager and then General Manager for PPL Corporation, a global energy company delivering electricity and natural gas to more than 10.5 million customers, and he held various engineering, project management, and sales roles for both Siemens and Honeywell.

As CEO of Albireo Energy, Phil Rogers has 35 years of experience in facilities management, engineering, energy, construction and real estate. Prior to Albireo, Phil was CEO of Jensen Hughes, the largest global fire & safety consulting engineering company, Executive Vice President of Sodexo North America Solution Center, CEO of Linc Facilty Services and President of Consolidated Engineering Services.  He has hired nearly 10,000 employees during this time. Through his career, Phil has been a pioneer in the Facilities Management and Engineering Services industries. He has worked with many of the largest corporations including: IBM, DuPont, AT&T, Delta, Applied Materials, Nortel, and Bank of America in creating value for their companies.

As Chief Financial Officer, James Denning is responsible for all financial functions, processes, systems and controls of Albireo Energy and all subsidiaries. Prior to joining Albireo Energy, James was the CFO at Worth and Company, a full-service mechanical contractor in the Mid-Atlantic region. He was accountable for the overall financial stability and growth of company and played a key role in strategic decisions. Prior to Worth, James served as Chief Financial Officer at Greenstar Services Corporation, where he successfully integrated numerous acquisitions and financial systems.

James is a Certified Public Accountant, Columbia Business School Ambassador, and Lean Production Yellow Belt, as well as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honors Society. James is a graduate of Columbia University and LaSalle University and holds an Executive MBA and a BS in Accounting.
