Our Story

It truly is our pleasure to serve the friends and neighbors of this ever-growing Central Texas community. Particularly so, because Rich Services is locally founded, we’re “home-grown”, est. in 2003, and we’re really proud of that. Incorporating daily the true meaning of teamwork, integrity and moral responsibility makes all the difference. Along with believing that within every new client, a relationship is formed, trust is established, giving that relationship the potential to grow and expand mutually…one service at a time.

Rich Services is not only local, we’re family owned and operated. Based out of Central Texas, Owner James “Jim” Rich and his wife Kendra have been steadfast since day one, joined by Mrs. Deborah Otis, who is undeniably the backbone of our Service sector. Embellished by an extended family that makes up their fine team of Foreman, Service Technicians, Project Managers, Administrative and BD support. All of whom are ready to offer you the best services, at the fairest price, with a healthy dose of positive energy!
