Paul Sameit joined  NCN Electric as CEO in November 2020 through the purchase of the company.

As CEO, Paul is responsible for NCN’s development, operations and growth. He champions NCN’s culture of taking care of NCN’s employees and making NCN a great place to work. By listening and putting the NCN team members first, NCN will be able to scale and grow with our customers, while retaining the very elements that have made the company so successful to date.

Prior to his role at NCN, Paul gained his expansive leadership experience starting at an early age as a Navy Pilot. Paul’s career literally took him around the world logging over 5,000 hours as an ATP Pilot. After 10 years as a pilot in the military, Paul co-founded multiple aviation ventures where he developed a deep experience in enabling business transformation, establishing KPI’s that lead to improvement and is known for his passion for attracting and mobilizing top talent to deliver breakthrough strategies. 

Paul’s curiosity and fascination with what is important to people has shaped his determination to build high performance organizations. His 20 years of leadership experience brings to the table an unprecedented visionary, change leader, and communicator. Being an expert planner, Paul develops and takes actionable steps to transform ideas into the execution of an organized plan. Paul is specifically attuned to the challenges of running a business, mitigating risks while identifying alternative paths to achieve goals and objectives.

Paul is married and has been a loving husband for 23 years. He and his wife’s most important role is inspiring their two daughters to follow their dreams with courage. He graduated from the US Naval Academy with a BS in Economics and received his MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Brian joined NCN in 2012 and has 17 years of construction experience. He has a robust knowledge of BIM, REVIT, AUTOCAD.

Steve joined NCN in 2003. He brings vast knowledge to any project from his 40 amazing years of electrical construction. Steve specializes in large commercial and institutional projects

Curtis is another of our newest project managers. Joining NCN in 2021 with over 25 years of experience in large scale industrial manufacturing, distribution and logistic construction. Curtis oversees the management of our large commercial and industrial projects.

Tim is one of the newest members to join the NCN team. Joining NCN in 2020, he brings over 30 years of electrical experience in large commercial and industrial projects.

Rose is the glue that holds everything together and is a long hauler here at NCN. Joining in 1998, Rose brings her 25 years of excellence in the administration, management and financial aspects of NCN.
