Metropolis is a collection of residential towers, sky parks, pools, dining and an upscale hotel in the heart of downtown . A city within a city built for the most discerning buyer in , these luxury residences sell from the high $600,000’s to over $2 million. This GMP project totals 2,405,987 square feet throughout three structures with 18, 40, and 43 levels above and two levels below grade. Located within the 6.3 acre, $1 billion Metropolis development, the city center includes a considerable amount of retail located at the ground floor and robust amenities including community spaces, landscape features, pools, lounges, fitness spaces, and meeting and convention space.
